Chris and Katie
rose to the challenge of catering for our wedding with
over 200 guests in a marquee. They were the only
caterers we found who fully responded to what we were
asking for and were completely open to meeting our
requirements for the day - we wanted a beef casserole
on every table for guests to serve themselves with
potatoes and veg, followed by apple pies, cream and
custard. |
The quality of food was excellent
with locally sourced ingredients and a great
vegetarian casserole option. The serving staff were
friendly and professional and very helpful, serving
our wine and offering to help wherever they could
throughout the day. Chris and Katie were a pleasure to
work with and we felt it was all excellent value. We

Bramcote Hills Wine Club |

Chris, Katie & David produced and served an
excellent dinner for Bramcote Hills Wine Club.
The Club always struggles to find a venue where they can
supply their own wines with each course - so this was the
ideal solution;
20 guests assembled at a house for a 4 course dinner
provided by Olive Pot. They even coped with a power cut
before service) |
Olive Pot provided all the table linen, crockery, cutlery
and glassware.
The food was excellent in quality and presentation.
The service friendly but not intrusive, they even kindly
served the wine with each course.
The host who supplied the venue thought her kitchen had
never been so clean after the team left. |

Chris and Katie
Thank you so much for catering for our dinner party of 12
on 22 August.
All of the guests commented on how well prepared the food
was and just how much they had enjoyed it.
Right from the outset we were impressed by the flexible
and reliable service we received from Olive Pot - the fact
that guests were given a choice for each course which
avoided the dilemma for me of trying choose an option to
cater for all tastes, although it gave everyone else the
dilemma of which of the dishes to choose from the
delicious menu you put together for us!

Your
flexibility and professionalism on the evening of the
dinner made the whole event a relaxed and memorable affair
- the fact that there was no pressure to be seated at a
fixed time and yet, once seated, the courses were all so
well timed. As if that wasn't enough, the kitchen was
left absolutely spotless at the end of the evening!
Thank you again - the whole experience exceeded our
expectations and I'd have no hesitation in using Olive Pot
again to provide private catering.

Olivepot did an excellent job catering for a large
birthday party. We were impressed with their
efficiency - they turned up bang on time - the quality
and variety of the food and the size of the portions.
More guests turned up than expected but there was
still plenty to go round.

wonderful meal for us and ensured that all of our
needs were catered for in a very unobtrusive way. I
